    Select one of them.
4. To ensure what is firmware used by your device, you can check by go to Setting ->About -> Software Information ->Build Number.

Flashing Asus Zenfone 4.

1. Turn Off your Asus Zenfone 4
2. Activate your Asus Zenfone 4 into recovery mode,  See This Guide to do it. or This Guide

3. Then connect your Asus Zenfone 4 to PC or Laptop using USB Cable driver
4. Next step, select apply update from adb
5. Then you can open command prompt in your windwos PC (in the same folder with ADB). Use this command to go there : cd[space]your_folder_adb_name
6. Check connection between Asus Zenfone 4 with your PC or laptop by type adb devices. If your connection is connect sucessfully it will list Asus Zenfone 4.
7. Then you type  adb sideload file.zip 
• file.zip is adjust the file name, asus zenfone firmware that you download earlier.
8. You can wait this process until complete.
9. Zenfone 4 will flash with clean firmware.
