A day after the news of war of words between funnyman Kapil Sharma and actor Kamaal Rahshid Khan (KRK) went viral, the comedian opened up about the controversy.
Talking to a leading daily Deccan Chronical, Kapil revealed that he doesn't know Kamaal R Khan but his tweets did irk him because of which he retaliated.
"I didn't want to retaliate but even I'm a human," Kapil told the daily.
Kapil also said that he doesn't know KRK but was told about him by singer Mika Singh. Wishing that the Deshdrohi actor stays calm further, the Kapil said, 'I don't say bad things about anyone, so I naturally wouldn't like someone talking bad about me.' On being asked that it was reported that KRK was miffed with him because he denied him entry to his hugely popular show Comedy Nights With Kapil, the comedian said, that the prerogative of inviting guests lies with the channel and not him.
