According to sources, actress Preity Zinta is likely come back from the US on Saturday and will record her statement against business partner and ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia at Marine Drive Police station on Monday or Tuesday.
The Marine Drive Police station had issued a summon to Preity Zinta to record her statement by weekend on the allegations made by her against Ness Wadia that he grabbed her hand and abused her in public during a cricket match in Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai May 30. Earlier, she had also denied selling her stake in Kings XI Punjab team. On Wednesday, Zinta tweeted that she was neither going to sell her stake in the team, nor was she planning to settle in America. Zinta had tweeted on Wednesday, "A big Thank U 2all the people 4the support. Amazed at how much speculation in the media. No, I'm not selling my stake or settling in the U.S." She also wrote, "So called sources says anything and it's getting reported. Pls No hearsay. There are many IMP Issues in India which are much more news worthy. The Wadia Group had also alleged on Wednesday that they were receiving threats from the underworld warning them not to harass Zinta.
