A European third-party online retailer has now listed a mini-variant of the Meizu Pro 5 ahead of the official launch. The device is listed at a price of EUR 359.99 (approximately Rs 25,700).

In terms of specifications, the device comes with a 4.7-inch full-HD display with a 1920×1080 resolution. It is powered by a 64-bit Helio X20 MT6797 processor paired with 3GB RAM. The listing states that the device will include an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.

It is said to come equipped with a 16MP rear camera along with a 5MP front facing camera. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop with the company’s Flyme OS, the dual-SIM device packs in a 3050mAh battery.

Recently, the company announced the pro 5 smartphone in China. As it is being touted as the ‘premium’ device by the company, it is priced at 2,799 Yuan (approx Rs 29,000) for the 3GB RAM/32GB ROM version and 3,099 Yuan (approx Rs 32,000) for the higher-end 4GB RAM/64GB ROM variant respectively.

Firstly, unlike the recently launched Meizu MX5, this all-metal designed phone sports a 2.5D curved glass, which is a first for the company, over its 5.7-inch super AMOLED display, which features a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.

The device is powered by a Samsung-made Exynos 7420 octa chipset along with either 3GB RAM (32GB of internal storage) or 4GB RAM (64GB of internal storage). On the camera front, one will find a 21MP rear camera powered by the Sony IMX230 sensor, which measures 1/2.4 inches in size.

Meizu claims that users will be able to take a photograph in a mere 0.7 seconds, thanks to the technology used in the device. For selfie lovers, the smartphone includes an OmniVision OV5670 5MP front-facing camera. The Pro 5 also comes equipped with a USB Type-C connector and supports 4G LTE speeds of up to 300Mbps along with VoLTE support.
