We are just a day away from Apple’s upcoming event wherein it is likely to announce the new iPhone models. While iPhone 6s and Apple TV are some of the biggest announcements to come from the event, the highlight could be the larger 12.9-inch iPad that has been rumoured since the past two years.

A new 9To5Mac report reveals that the upcoming 12.9-inc iPad Pro is a ‘monster’ that is capable of running two full-size apps side-by-side in a landscape split-screen mode. The report further adds some more details about the upcoming tablet. It is also said to support the much talked about stylus with Force Touch and Bluetooth keyboard, both sold separately.

The base model of the iPad Pro is likely to come with 64GB onboard storage. There will be 128GB storage option too, but expect a hefty price tag. In terms of its internals, the iPad Pro will feature the A9X chip and built-in LTE.

The iPad Pro is expected to run iOS 9.1. One can expect an LTE model that will cost as much as Macbook, adds the report. Pre-orders are likely to start in October and the device will be shipped by November. It is likely to come dipped in gold, silver and space grey.

Previous reports point at speakers on two sides. iOS 9.1 will also mean additional tweaks such as optimised Siri and Notification centre.

Here’s what all you can expect at the Apple event tomorrow, and all we know about the iPhone 6s so far.
